Registrations postmarked after September 17, 2011 should include non-refundable $25 late fee (maximum $50 late fee per family).
If it’s necessary to withdraw your child from a class, please notify the PAGE President in writing ASAP.

Please note that after September 29, 2011 only 50% of the tuition will be refunded. A withdrawal will not be refunded once classes begin.
