TEEN LEADER VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

If you are age 13-17 and are interested in the Teen Leader Volunteer Program, review the policy and agreement, complete the application, and register online prior to each term. All completed applications should be emailed to teenadvocate@supersaturday.org

The program provides leadership training and opportunities to develop leadership skills throughout the term. Students can choose to assist teachers in the classroom or work closely with PAGE Board members and volunteers to build leadership skills, including presentation skills, planning, creative thinking, confidence building, and listening skills.

All teens participating in the in-person program will be awarded a Certificate of Completion at the end of the term, representing roughly 20 hours of volunteer time (5-hours of training and 15-hours of leadership experience). Participation is limited. ($25 lab fee due on Saturday, prior to the start of the training session).  

All teens participating in our virtual program will be awarded a Certificate of Completion at the end of the term, representing roughly 9 hours of volunteer time (3-hours of training and 6-hours of leadership experience). Participation is limited. No lab fee will apply.

Applications for the Teen Leader Volunteer Program will be approved on a case by case basis.  Mandatory training takes place on the Saturday before term and mandatory follow up training takes place on the Saturday following the term:

In-Person Training Session:  January 22, 2022 

Wyoming Branch Cincinnati & Hamilton County Library 

10:00am – 12:15 pm

         In-Person Wrap Up Session:  March 5 or 12, 2022  time & location TBC
